What is included with your home care service?
Each patient is completely different, so we will create a specialized care plan for you or your loved one based on your needs. Our home care team will meet with you to understand your needs and goals with home care, and then we will create a care plan. Typically, this includes personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, companionship, and sometimes medication administration.
How long does home care last?
Again, this is all dependent on your needs. You can use our care for as long, or as short as you may need.
How long will you be in my home?
We will come for a minimum of 4 hours, but if needed, we can provide 24-hour, around the clock care.
Who will come into my house to provide the care?
Different care requires different certifications and training. We have a large team to meet these needs, including a Registered Nurse, certified nurse aides, and home health aides. We will match you to the right member of the team and you will be kept informed throughout the entire process.
